cafeNydalen allé 1, 0484 Oslo, Norway
Hidden gem bakery and pastry spot opened by Linda, pastries look like something you would find in a fine dining restaurant, attention to detail, textures, and flavours are impressive, and the prices are still very reasonable. Some of my favourites: Cheesecake with great balance and texture, Choux pastry that is beautifully made, Sandwiches, where she even bakes the bread herself in-house. Pastries from 45 NOK and sandwiches from 59 NOK.
