Elevated treetop path in the middle of the forest where you can walk above the trees and enjoy the seasonal light installations, perfect for a winter day trip from Frankfurt. Open Fri-Sun from 1pm to 7pm, special opening dates: Dec 22-23, Dec 29-30, Jan 1-11, last day: Feb 1. Best time to be there in my opinion is 4:30 so you catch the magical blue hour. Parking is available for free. Pets are allowed. Dress warm. I recommend bringing gloves, hat and windproof jacket, since it can be windy ans very cold at the top
