Customize your own lantern under the guidance of master calligrapher Oishi-san. Portable collapsible lanterns were invented in Japan centuries ago and became popular during the Edo period. Choose a kanji character that best represents what you want to express. The workshop is ~100 USD per person, with all materials included AND an interpreter who will meet you on site to provide support throughout the experience!
