restaurant1 Chome-7-12 Dotonbori, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 542-0071, Japan
Wagyu burger restaurant where the chef pulls out a Wagyu steak. They brush pure Wagyu fat onto smashed patties then flip them with caramelized garlic paste melting into the meat and the buns glazed with local honey then pressed onto the grill to soak up all that Wagyu fat. They slice into a massive piece of wagyu steak right in front of you, then slapped onto the grill for that perfect char flavor and sliced like butter in one slow motion each time. Laid onto the burger, topped with a salt and pepper and a burger sauce, finishing with a cured egg yolk explosion.
