Fluffiest Souffle Pancake. Light as a cloud and incredibly fluffy, this souffle pancake just melts in your mouth. It’s made to order, so I waited about 30 minutes, but it was totally worth it. It comes with powdered sugar already dusted on top and is cut right at the table. The staff then adds custard cream and ice cream right in front of you, which makes it even more special. Pouring a little drip coffee over it ties everything together, making it one of the best souffle pancakes I’ve ever had
